2. Ship your camcorder to us, we pay for the shipping label and box
3. We perform a free diagnosis and provide a repair quote.
4. Accept the repair quote and we'll complete the repair in 3-5 business days.
   
   Most repairs average $150, this includes parts, labor, and shipping costs.
5. We ship the camcorder back to you.
