This was an incredible bundle. I did all my families vcr tapes. A little complicated at first to set up but going slow it sets up as instructed. The plus to this instead of sending to a service is that I could copy TV shows recorded from the TV from the the late 70s and 80S that are not available anywhere anymore, especially local specials. I have a whole box of 8MM video tapes. These have all the early childhood events when our children were born, took first steps, and many family events. I was dismayed when my original handcam was dead and would not even run directly off the power supply. I did not want to pay a service because there is a lot of video much of which is unlabeled and some stuff not work rescuing. I decided to buy this camera and it came with an NTSC to USB converter and I use VLC freeware to record it. Since then I have enjoyed hours of old memories while converting them to MP4s. Its great when something works out.
