Item Condition

All of our items are refurbished in-house. We test, clean, repair, and restore all items back to like-new condition. It's no longer possible to buy a "new" VCR or vintage camcorder, so a professionally refurbished unit is the best remaining option.

Return Policy

You may return any item for any reason, within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund. We also offer free replacements and exchanges if the item is not working as expected. Contact us to start a return or exchange.

Warranty

All of our items include a 1 year warranty, from date of delivery. If the item is not working as expected, we will provide a replacement or a full refund if a replacement is not available. Contact us to start a warranty claim.
